Your order will be shipped through the Post Office (Standard Mail) which takes about (5) days to the Midwest & West coast areas. Delivery will be sooner if you live closer to the East Coast as this is where you shipped order will originate.
Need your items earlier? We can ship Priority Mail and your order will arrive in (3) days however this is usually more expensive. The good news is the Post Office now automatically includes free Insurance coverage on packages valued at $50.00 and under with Priority freight. Just let me know if you prefer this expedited shipping and I can quote a price.
All of our offerings have "Optional" Insurance coverage that can be seen down at the bottom just below the cost of that item. If you would like to add insurance, please select from the drop down menu, "Add Shipping Insurance" and this will appear in your shopping cart.
The Post Office is now including "Delivery Confirmation", (tracking) in the cost of ALL packages that are shipped Priority & Standard Mail.

All items are packaged with great care. Bubble wrap and pelaspyn peanuts are generously used to help defer the weight of the boxes which again saves you money and provides protection for your purchase. This is very important to me as I want your items to arrive safely and quickly.
We try our best to recycle boxes along the way but sometimes have a problem finding just the right size. In this case we will purchase new boxes to help keep the cost down on the freight charges. Believe it or not, an inch on a large package can actually be the difference of another $20.00 or even $40.00 tacked onto the shipping amount because of the "dimensional freight", not the actual weight.

~RETURNS~ I am not able to accept returns as I feel the information provided is sound and true. There will be no surprises on your end once you receive your order unless of course, they are happy ones! :)
~PAYMENT~ Your order will be processed immediately through PayPal and you can either pay with a Credit Card or through your checking account. It is fast and easy to set up an account if you do not already have one. My Shopping cart feature will take you directly into PayPal and you can set up a new account from there.
If you are not comfortable paying through PayPal and would like to send a check, just go to the "Contact Us" Page and let us know. Once the check arrives we will send your order out (3) days after it is deposited and will let you know the day it ships.
