Childs Winter Knit Long John Pants

Darling hand knit child’s winter pants, long Johns having a drawstring waist beckons a Shaker peg rack where they will be among cozy winter woolen friends. Pants dating from the 1900 to 1930’s are in overall good condition showing a warm tan color that compliments primitive decorating.

Three tiny holes on the left leg as shown but no stains or tears to report.  Piled (nub) areas sprinkled randomly throughout.  Custom hanger was created just for this textile and two aged clothespins secure the top. A cluster of greens lazily hang on the left adding color and interest. Perfect in a bedroom hung with long stockings or child’s clothing……red for the holidays if you please! Enjoy!

Overall height including the hanger is 23”. Knit pants stand 17 ½” tall, measures 9” across and measures 10 ½” across the feet. Hanger stands 4” @ the tallest point (top of half circle) and measures 11 ½” across.
