Autumn Pumpkin Primitive Necklace and Earrings

🍂 I designed this one-of-a-kind necklace for autumn that has an earthy appearance and also includes the companion earrings fashioned in “2006” but never worn, offered with free shipping and gift boxed. A folk-art pumpkin design shows meandering flowers with a star center-field that was hand painted on a blend of black wool that acts as a pendant. The edges were finished using a blanket stitch. A jeweled color palette of autumn beads was incorporated that include a mix of jasper, carved bone, horn displaying a carved dark star, faceted faux amber, blank onyx as well as Bali silver just to name a few.

The “S” clasp is 925 silver showing a raised leaf and dot design having rat-tail ends. It has a pewter appearance but can regain its silver hue by using a silver polishing cloth made for jewelry. Clasp is easy to hook compared to a barrel or lobster clasp!

Earrings are not heavy as I am mindful when designing because gemstones can cause weight and be uncomfortable to wear.

Could also be hung on a Shaker peg with antique textiles. Necklace would be in good company with a fluffy sweater on those chilly autumn nights or can be worn with a casual waffle knit Henley. Enjoy!

Total length is 19 ½” (including the clasp) adding an additional 3 ½” for the pendant drop. Earrings are almost 2 ¼” long including the French ear wire.
