Turkey Plate Festive Gathering

🦃Looking for something festive for your Thanksgiving table…then this next offering may be the perfect fit as the contents is also included. Oval platter boasting a pale green ground shows a bold colorful turkey out in the field while the background suggests corn stalks, a picket fence along with mature trees. Nice fluted border pattern lending a solid rim that adds even further detail. The bottom of the plate shows a raised line and is unmarked. Age of plate is unknown.

An area on the back exhibits a manufacture flaw as the glaze did not adhere. There is also a half inch small vertical line off to the left that is lighter in color. A lone, possible “glaze pop” is limited to the front outer edge rim as shown. There are no cracks or chips to report sporting nice overall condition.

A corn cob accented with wheat and broom corn along with a bundle of corn shucks and wee pumpkins that gently grace the front are interesting features. Two old brown medicine bottles in great condition are filled with autumn faux flowers and maple leaves. These can also be placed separately on either a table or in a window sill if you so choose.

Measures 13 ¼” across, measures 10” front to back and stand 1” tall. Large bottle stand 7 ½” tall while the smaller bottle is 6 ½” tall. Corn shucks measures 8 ½” long and the corn cob measures 6 ½” long.
