Antique Oval Pantry Box Neat

This small oval pantry box measures about 6" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" high. The piece is in very good condition with a rich dark patina and appropriate age-related nail bleed where the laps are joined. Tiny slivers of wood are missing along one side of the bottom edge of the top, but they are minor and inconspicuous. There is an area of lighter color along one side of the back indicating that it may have been exposed to direct sunlight at one time. (see image 3 toward the left hand side).

This is a great piece in a very nice small size which is just perfect for display at the top of a stack.
