Redware Penny Bank Strong Color

#870

Regular price $148.50

This near “minty” redware penny bank attributed to East Brookfield, Massachusetts, c. 1879 ~ 1888 has great form as well as vibrant color. A couple tiny chips are located on the upper and lower edge of the opening as well as one chip just below. No cracks or other chips are present.

This piece was painted after it was fired and lends vibrant color. Though hard to make out “Wessies Jug” is scratched in on the front portion.  Perfect residing in an open cupboard with small divided sections. Enjoy!

Measures 4 ½” tall, measures 2 3/8” across the bottom and measures ½” across the top (stopper).

~Freight (Standard Mail) included, however Insurance is optional and can be purchased @ checkout ~ within the continental U.S.
