Jill Peterson Tunic Handmade

I purchased this wonderful tunic (size Small / Medium) in “2016” but never wore it. Now is your opportunity to own this hand fashioned piece that is no longer available through Jill. I added a waffle weave Henley, scarf (display only) and jewelry that are available in my other listings (less the turquoise necklace) to lend ideas of how this piece would look accessorized.

Corn husks tucked in the pocket along with a turkey feather offer yet another display suggestion using a little imagination. The warm nutmeg tan color in the linen is neutral and therefore can easily compliment any other shirt or sweater color you favor. The edges were intentionally frayed and the patches lend ample character creating a time-worn rustic appearance. It appears old feed sack material was used for the patches as shown in image 19. This tunic is roomy and if you happen to wear a small size a belt would be a perfect addition. Leggings would also be a nice compliment as well as lace up boots that offers a super cute “put together look”.

Whether you choose to hang this tunic on a shaker peg with other textiles or can also be worn when attending antique shows, the versatility in this special piece will offer the best results! Tunic is 42” tall from top of shoulder to the bottom of the hem on the right compared to 32” tall from top of shoulder to the bottom hem on the left. Chest measures 19” across while the bottom measures 30” across.
